Funnily enough, there’s nothing more Australian than Italian food. Since Italian migrants first landed in this country we have embraced the tasty deliciousness of pizza, pasta and fresh salads with open arms (and tingling tastebuds). But at Vapiano we’ve gone a step further.

Our Italian restaurants in Brisbane, Garden CityGold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney take traditional Italian recipes and bring them to life using Aussie know-how and only the best Australian produce (preferably sourced from within 150 kilometres of each restaurant).

We think of it as being a little Italian, a lot Australian. You’ll just think of it as delicioso.

Our collection of summer specials were designed by our very own staff – the Vapianisti and chosen by our most loyal customers – the Fanaticos! There’s a Spicy Chorizo and Chicken Pizza by Craig in Surfers Paradise; a Chilli, Prawn and Rocket Pasta by Ros in Sydney; a Warm Beef and Halloumi Salad by Chevy in Surfers Paradise; and The VAPIANO Nutella Cheesecake by Caity in Surfers Paradise. Four new refreshing cocktails round-off our taste of summer!
