Funnily enough, there’s nothing more Australian than Italian food. Since Italian migrants first landed in this country we have embraced the tasty deliciousness of pizza, pasta and fresh salads with open arms (and tingling tastebuds). But at Vapiano we’ve gone a step further.

Our Italian restaurants in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney take traditional Italian recipes and bring them to life using Aussie know-how and only the best Australian produce (preferably sourced from within 150 kilometres of each restaurant).

We think of it as being a little Italian, a lot Australian. You’ll just think of it as delicioso.

New spring specials!

Come out of hibernation – we’re embracing the flavours of spring with new specials. Pizza Poporano features Bresaola - premium Aussie air-dried salted beef – Parmesan and truffle olive oil. There’s Pasta Gamberi Con Rosso with delicious prawns and homemade sun-dried tomato pesto and creamy Risotto Pollo Levanto with chicken and bacon. Our spring soup is Classic Pumpkin, and rounding out our specials is a white chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel and honeycomb!
