If your group doesn’t meet the minimum booking size you’re welcome to walk-in without a booking. We always have a number of tables allocated to walk-in guests.

For same day bookings please call the restaurant directly. However, please keep in mind that we always have tables allocated to walk-in guests and should be able to seat you quickly.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder in case it has gone there.

During our peak service periods our teams are focussed on serving guests in the restaurant and unfortunately are not always able to answer the phone. Please read these FAQs, as we may have answered your question, or alternatively please email the restaurant with your name, phone number and enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.

We like to think of ourselves as pretty flexible! We offer a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals. And, as your meal is made fresh for you, we can adapt your dish to suit. Check out our menu here.

Most dishes on our menu can be upgraded to gluten-free gnocchi (+$4), zoodles (+$2) or a gluten-free pizza base (+$5). Please refer to our menu for more information. Please note that, whilst every care is taken, gluten-free meals are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present.

Nutritional information on food is generally reserved for fast food restaurants and for packaged foods, something that we at Vapiano are most definitely not! Rest assured that Vapiano aims to use only the freshest organic local produce and uses semolina flour in all our regular pasta and pizza, and 100% wholegrain durum flour in our wholegrain pasta.

Our fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs are sourced from farms locally within the states that we operate in ensuring that you get the very best in fresh local food. Fresh is most definitely best!

Our wholegrain durum flour is organically farmed in the Clare Valley in South Australia by 5^th generation farmers at Pangkarra Farms.

Our cheese is produced by Italian migrant cheese makers at Vannella Cheese in Melbourne who use century old recipes to create world-class cheese.

And those who’ve visited our restaurants will know for sure that our basil is as fresh as physically possible, as it grows in-store!

If you’re looking for something that’s easy on the hips, The Don suggests any tomato-based pastas, such as the Pomodoro. If you want that extra kick of goodness, try any of our tomato-based pastas with our zoodles.

We certainly do, however please note that during peak times the restaurant may not be able to answer the phone while they attend to customers dining in the restaurant.

Yes! We offer a great selection of lunch combos for $15 each, Monday to Friday until 4pm, or until sold out. Please click here for more information and the menu.

Absolutely – we offer a 20% discount to all full-time students between 2pm and 5pm daily. The discount applies to all food and drinks; just present your student card to redeem this offer. Please note, this discount cannot be used with any additional offers or discounts.

You bet we do. Our happy hour runs from 4pm – 6pm daily in all restaurants. Happy hour specials include:

Yes you may bring a cake; just let a member of our team know when you arrive. There is no extra charge. Please note, we are unable to store and serve ice-cream cakes. 

Our Fanaticos birthday offer will be sent to your email address 3 days before your birthday. The voucher is valid for 10 days – from receipt through to a week after your birthday.

Make sure you check your junk mail folder in case it has accidentally ended up there!

We sure do! We have $25 gift vouchers available for sale in our restaurants.

We are open every day except Christmas Day (Vapiano Soul Boardwalk is even open on Christmas day). Please note a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
