Bookings
Head to our bookings page to lock in your next visit!
If your group doesn’t meet the minimum booking size or if we don’t have any bookings available at your desired time, you’re welcome to walk-in without a booking. We always have a number of tables allocated to walk-in guests.
For same day bookings please call the restaurant directly. However, please keep in mind that we always have tables allocated to walk-in guests and should be able to seat you quickly.
The easiest way is to book through the booking page on our website.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder in case it has gone there.
This can be easily done by checking out you confirmation email and hitting edit on your booking details. If you have any issues, please email the restaurant using the details on your confirmation email.
Vapiano Rewards
Vapiano Rewards is our loyalty program available at all Vapiano Australia restaurants, for both dine-in and click & collect.
Earn points every time you visit, whether it’s a quick lunch or a dinner with friends and family. Points can be collected via the App or QR codes and redeemed for discounts on future visits.
You can sign up to Vapiano Rewards a couple of different ways:
Sign-up via the app
- Download the Vapiano Australia App (available via iOS or Android app store)
- Select ‘Join Vapiano Rewards’
- Select ‘Sign Up’
- Enter details
- Important note: Phone number must be entered with country code (example – 61422123465)
Sign-up via our table QR code
- Scan the QR code on your table
- Select banner at the bottom of ordering screen.

No, you do not have to download the app to be part of our loyalty program. Simply sign-up or log in via our ordering platform, by scanning the QR code at your table.
Students can now verify their status via the App by entering a valid email address linked to any Australian education institute.
The 20% discount will automatically be added to your cart when you add any full-priced and non-alcoholic items at check out. Our team may ask to see your “verified” status or Student ID when placing your order.
Please note, that this offer is not available with any other deal or discount.
No, your membership and points balance will be restored once you “log in” using your existing phone number via the app or when scanning the QR code on your table when dining. Please remember to enter your phone number in the following format “61422123465”.
For every $1 you spend, you will receive 50 points. The more points you collect, the more rewards you can unlock. Items in the point shop will remain greyed out until you have enough points to redeem them. When you redeem a reward, your points will decrease by the amount required for that item.
Points will be added to your account almost instantly.
If you’re signed up to Vapiano Rewards, you can still earn points even when ordering with a team member. Just let them know your name and the phone number linked to your account. Points will be manually added, which may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
After signing up and placing your first order through the App, your 30% discount will appear in the “My Gifts” section. Please allow up to 12 hours after your first transaction for it to show.
No, points can only be earned through dine in or click and collect.
Of course! You can download and use the app in all Australian locations.
No, sorry, the rewards are set. But don’t worry, if there is an item you do not wish to redeem, simply save your points until you reach the next item.
If you have special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free or vegan), we will do our best to cater to your needs. Please note, any other customisations or extras are only available for purchase.
No, you don’t have to be opted into all marketing communications to be a Vapiano Rewards member, but its great if you do so we can send you information on special updates and events.
Simply go to your profile in the top right corner and select “Delete Account”
Your birthday gift will appear in the “Gifts” section of the App on the first day of your birth month. You will have 60 days from the date it arrives to redeem it.
Once you have purchased your desired item from the points shop, you will have 30 days to redeem! If it’s not redeemed within that time, they will expire and move to the ‘archive’ section of the app.

While we do find most of our guests do prefer QR code ordering, we understand it isn’t for everyone!
Head up to our host station or simply let our team know you would prefer your order taken from your table.
Our venues are card only and do not accept cash as payment. Some cards do also incur a surcharge. If you are looking for a surcharge free payment method, eftpos cards do not incur a fee in comparison to Mastercards and Visas.
Split bills are welcome! QR code ordering makes this very easy, otherwise our team can split the bill at your table.
We like to think of ourselves as pretty flexible! We offer a number of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals. And, as your meal is made fresh for you, we can adapt your dish to suit. Check out our menu here.
Most dishes on our menu can be upgraded to gluten-free gluten free pasta (+$2) or a gluten-free pizza base (+$5). Please refer to our menu for more information. Please note that, whilst every care is taken, gluten-free meals are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present.
Don’t worry coeliac carb lovers, we have you covered too! We are able to make our gluten free pasta, risotto and zoodle dishes coeliac safe by cooking them in a separate area.
Please note that due to the cross contamination, our gluten-free pizzas are not coeliac friendly.
We can definitely cater to halal!
Our chicken is halal-friendly. We have plenty of chicken dishes and can add chicken to any vegetarian dish.
Unfortunately, our bolognese is mixed with pork and are not suitable for those following a halal diet.
No! Our pasta is made of flour, salt & water.

We sure do! You can now place a click & collect order online and it’ll be ready for you to pick up when you arrive. Click here to order.
Alternatively, you can order in-store or phone the restaurant.
We certainly do, however please note that during peak times the restaurant may not be able to answer the phone while they attend to customers dining in the restaurant.
Yes! We offer delivery via UberEats and DoorDash at all venues.

Yes! We offer a great selection of lunch specials. These vary per venue so please click here and ensure your nearest Vapiano is set for more information and the menu.
Absolutely – we offer a 20% discount to all full-time students all day every day (except on public holidays). The discount applies to all food and non-alcoholic drinks; just present your student card to redeem this offer. Please note, this discount cannot be used with any additional offers or discounts and has a maximum discount of $20 per day per student.
You bet we do. Our happy hour runs from 4pm – 6pm daily in all restaurants. To see our Happy hour specials, click here.
Yes you may bring a cake; just let a member of our team know when you arrive. There is no extra charge. Please note, we are unable to store and serve ice-cream cakes.

Albert Lane: Our bottom level has easy access & we have a lift our team can take you to get upstairs.
Soul Boardwalk: Head to the right of the escalators and there are lifts to take you up upstairs.
Flinders Lane: We have an internal lift between levels with wheelchair access on both Flinders Lane and Collins Street.
King Street: For wheelchair access, head into the Grace Hotel and the concierge team will be able to direct you to the lifts.
Garden City: Our bottom level has easy access & we have a lift our team can take you to get upstairs.
Grand Central: Venue is single level & suitable for wheelchairs.
Orion: Enter around the front where our logo is for single level entry.
Bourke Street Mall: We have a lift available at our Swanston Street entrance, look for our open sign!
Carindale: Venue is single level & suitable for wheelchairs.
Coomera: Venue is single level & suitable for wheelchairs.
We sure do! We have $25, $50 & $100 gift vouchers available for sale in-store only.

Unfortunately most of our venues are not pet friendly, service animals are always welcome.
However, furry friends are allowed at Vapiano Orion in our outside dining area. We ask all pet parents to clean after their pets.
